Tournament location:Ave S&McDonald ave

"C Singles entry fee:$20 per player

C singles Sign up time - 9:00am
Starting time will be at 11:00am sharp
anytime after 11:00am theyll'' be a Late Fee of $5
Refreshment drinks will be actually sold at the tournament price for drinks $2.00
Transportation:F Train to Ave U in Brooklyn,N train to Ave U in Brooklyn Then Take B3 bus going towards McDonald Ave and the bus runs on Ave U also get off at McDonald Ave Make a left walk at last a min and the park is on your right hand side
1st and 2nd places prizes will be determined

What I mean by inconsistent is that the ones get good don't play enough to get better. It's hard to get them to leave their parks and some are afraid to enter tournaments. Some play almost everyday but they don't practice to improve their off hands and games overall.
