As it seems you guys are getting very serious about organizing Handball in Florida and uniting all the players and for that i congratulate you, its about time. However...here is a very important task.

Lets talk about rules, everyone thinks they know them but they are constantly being confused and abused. I suggest if it has not done yet, for the group leaders to become fully knowledgeable with the One Wall handball rules. Books do exist for example US Handball Assoc. has this link below.

I have seen a few books but no luck finding them perhaps someone else wants to give it a try.

One more thing, the Refs must be respected but not without the knowledge of Handball so maybe its nice for someone to print this out and take it to the courts and all the tournaments from now on.

That's exactly what's needed in order to avoid any arguments regarding a call made by the ref. And again, all refs should have complete knowledge of the rules. Because many people, especially at Flamingo park interpret certain calls in different ways or to their advantage. Those who normally play there know what I mean. A ruling on a call should be final and good for everyone without any argument as long as it's part of the actual rules.

Well although i agree so far with everything said, not all of the players can know the rules so well in fact many will know be capable of making a decision on a ruling call, so i advice that at least 4 players are get together and agree to combine your knowledge of the rules to assist in the tournament. Btw i said 4 players because its best so that if some players are playing their tournament match there will possibly be at least one other available to help out. And someone please involve Vinnie from South beach in this he can be of great help.
